About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Collect and analyze threat data from internal and external sources (e.g., open source intelligence, dark web, threat feeds)
- Monitor adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) using frameworks like MITRE Telecommunication&CK;
- Produce actionable intelligence reports for stakeholders including SOC, incident response, and executive leadership
- Support incident response teams with contextual threat intelligence during active investigations
- Conduct threat actor profiling and track campaigns targeting the organization or industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve threat detection and mitigation strategies
- Stay updated on geopolitical developments and emerging cybercrime trends
Qualifications:
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in threat intelligence or related cybersecurity roles
- Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms (e.g., Recorded Future, ThreatConnect)
- Proficiency in OSINT tools (e.g., Maltego, Shodan) and malware analysis platforms (e.g., VirusTotal)
- Robust understanding of network protocols, intrusion detection systems, and digital forensics
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical findings into business-relevant insights
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA)
- GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI)
- CISSP, Security+, or equivalent
