Summary:
The candidate will be part of the Resilience Operations team responsible for developing, overseeing and implementing strategies to enhance the organization's resilience and recoverability posture, ensuring the effectiveness of disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity management (BCM) plans, and conducting audits and compliance assessments to meet organizational and regulatory standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and maintain resilience plans,
business and process continuity plans, contingency plans, and related documentation.
Conduct regular tests and simulations of DR and BCM plans, documenting results and areas for improvement.
Participate in regular audits and assessments of DR and BCM processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
5-7 years of experience working on audit and compliance of private and public cloud platforms.
Deep expertise in automation. Experience with scripting (Python, Shell), Ansible, Terraform, or Chef.
Practical Knowledge in resiliency, including the design and implementation of high-availability systems, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery (DR) strategies
Strong knowledge of audit and compliance of IT services and processes
