About The Job:
- Lead the architecture, administration, optimization, and innovation of the Atlassian platform, driving AI, automation, and operational excellence across Jira, JSM, and Confluence.

Essential Job Functions:
- Architect and administer Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence.
- Optimize Atlassian tools, workflows, governance, and user experience.




- Develop integrations using Atlassian REST APIs.
- Drive adoption of Atlassian Rovo AI, AI, and automation initiatives.
- Identify platform improvement opportunities and proactively implement solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and execute the Atlassian roadmap.
- Ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability.

Qualifications:
- Experience ( Relevant) : 8+ Years
- Top 3 skills which is mandatory
- Atlassian Solution Architect
- Jira, JSM and Confluence admin capabilities
- experience with Atlassian Rest APIs
- Atlassian Tools optimization
