Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years overall software development experience with strong proficiency in GoLang, Python, and React (minimum 3 years each), plus SQL proficiency and demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives.
- Proven experience in developing automation solutions (preferably Network automation) and modern frontend development with CSS customization.
- Experience with or willingness to quickly learn OpenShift Container Platform architecture, application deployment, resource management, and basic CI/CD pipelines.




- Experience in developing and managing APIs, with basic Linux/Unix familiarity for legacy application support, and basic Perl knowledge for legacy migrations to GoLang.
- Currently an active hands-on software developer with excellent troubleshooting and analytical capabilities, plus willingness to lead technical initiatives and project coordination responsibilities.
- Self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, fluent in English, and demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire new technological skills through experimentation and cutting-edge problem-solving.

Nice To Have:
- Advanced DevOps experience with Tekton CI/CD pipelines, ArgoCD GitOps workflows, Git (GitHub/GitLab), and Jira project management.
- Experience with security and code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube), and AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
- Cloud-native development experience in GCP (CaaS environment
