- Design and develop Aluminium window products that meet or exceed customer and project-specific requirements.
- Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and prototypes for fabrication and visualisation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, structural validations, and prototype testing to ensure manufacturability and field performance.
- Develop and release complete product documentation including BOMs, design specs, drawings, and test reports.
- Support manufacturing by ensuring design compatibility with shop-floor processes and available machinery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, sales, and site execution teams.
- Develop and execute testing and validation plans aligned with national and international standards (EN/ASTM).
- Collaborate with suppliers and system partners to qualify profiles, hardware, gaskets, and accessories.
- Ensure compatibility across various systems (sliding, casement, and combination units).
- 10.Support field teams in addressing design or fitment issues post-installation.




- 11.Participate in product launch activities including training, technical documentation, and sales enablement.
- 12.Continuously improve product designs to meet cost, performance, and customer satisfaction goals.
- 13.Travel as needed to vendor locations and project sites for design validation and coordination.
