- Manage and action all cases received through the MHA portal within the prescribed 60-minute TAT by retrieving transaction details, validating information, and updating case status on the portal.
- Respond to Section 94 BNSS notices and other law enforcement requests by compiling, reviewing, and sharing customer and transaction information within stipulated timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Police, Cyber Crime Cells, CID, and other Law Enforcement Agencies, ensuring timely coordination and resolution of investigation-related requests.
- Handle urgent LEA escalations, emergency data requests, and critical incidents independently, including support during non-business hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Retrieve, analyse, and interpret transaction and account data to support fraud investigations, cybercrime inquiries, and regulatory requests.
- Maintain accurate case trackers, investigation records, and audit-ready documentation while preparing periodic MIS and management reports.
- Build and leverage relationships with LEAs, MHA, I4C,



and other government agencies to facilitate effective information sharing and case resolution.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and response timelines while driving operational efficiency in LEA engagement processes.
