Essential Job Functions:
- Administer identity and access management across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Office 365, and Microsoft 365.
- Manage user accounts, security groups, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, permissions, and access rights in line with company policies.
- Support joiner, mover, leaver, and name change processes, ensuring accurate account creation, updates, access provisioning, and deactivation.
- Provide technical support to users, resolving system, hardware, software, mailbox, and access-related issues.




- Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, licensing, mailbox management
- Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, data protection requirements, access governance, and internal control processes.

- Exp: 12+ years
