Job Responsibilities:
- Support IT on the definition of the Einstein roadmap
- Build demos of the different proposals with Einstein
- Support on tickets resolution whenever is necessary.
- Participate in IT SFDC projects.
Role Description:
- As a salesforce admin Einstein specialist, you will be part of the IT SFDC EMEA/APAC team to
- define the Einstein roadmap on the company for Sales and marketing teams.
- Providing suggestions, proposals and boosting the solutions already in place to move to the AI time.
- Interact with end users and super users in the Commercial Operations organization (Marketing,
- Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Care) to understand their business requirements
- Develop solution proposal to address requirements based on standard or customized
- functionality in the Salesforce application
- Provide system administration support for all Cepheid's Salesforce.com instance
- Communicate with other Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure solutions
- proposed are aligned with global templates or differences understood and approved
Job Experience Requirements:
- Salesforce Developer Certification, Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Einstein certification.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein
- Analytics and Community Cloud
- Expertise in several implementation with Einsten.
- Expertise as Salesforce admin for 3-5 years.
- Proficiency with Apex, Visual Force and JavaScript.
- Sales force CPQ implementation and support experience.
