About The Job:
- We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM/FSM Integration Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing,



and implementing solutions across Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM), and related system integrations.
- The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise in ServiceNow development, integration patterns, APIs, and data modeling, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure platform solutions.

Essential Job Functions:
- Develop the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that it aligns with the client’s current and future business needs.
- Configure, and customize CSM and FSM applications, including case management, work order management, dispatching, and service workflows.
- Develop custom applications extending the CSM and FSM module capabilities.
- Build and enhance B2B and B2C portals, CSM and FSM workspace components, mobile features, and task flows aligning with customer experience requirements.
