JD - MATHCAD Application Support Engineer (Offshore)

Overview

Looking for an experienced "PTC Mathcad / Mathcad Prime” Application Support Engineer to independently manage the support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements, handling incidents, user requests, issue analysis, upgrades, and stakeholder interactions. Hands-on Mathcad expertise and capability to independently support the application.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support

· Provide L2/L3 support for Mathcad applications and related engineering calculation worksheets, after root cause analysis.

· Assist with issue reproduction and problem resolution.

Coordination

· Work directly with client stakeholders.

· Participate in ticket reviews, status meetings, and service reviews.

Primary Skill

· Solid hands-on experience with:

o PTC Mathcad

o Mathcad Prime

o Engineering calculations and formula modeling

· Engineering mathematics & Numerical methods

Soft Skills

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

· Good communication skills
