Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Commodity Advisors to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor daily productivity and performance through regular reviews.
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance feedback discussions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of recent team members.
- Maintain and update progress reports and administrative reporting mechanisms.
- Coordinate strategies and tactics with the sales team to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in Commodity/Equity Advisory, Financial Services, or Capital Markets.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling or leadership roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
