As a Salesforce Agentforce Engineer, you will serve as a hands-on technical architect responsible for designing, building, and deploying intelligent Salesforce Agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes. You will work on enterprise-grade implementations, helping organizations leverage conversational AI, automation, and intelligent workflows within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is suited for professionals on the CTA journey who have a strong foundation in Salesforce development and hands-on experience implementing Agentforce-based solutions.



You will guide teams, contribute to solution architecture, and ensure high-quality delivery of AI-powered agent implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support architectural planning and contribute to Agentforce solution design discussions.

Design, build, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.

Define agent architecture, orchestration flows, prompts, intents, and integrations.

Implement end-to-end Agentforce solutions including agent lifecycle management.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intelligent agent-based solutions.

Ensure seamless integration between Agentforce, Salesforce data model, Flows, Apex, and external systems.

Develop and review technical components including Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations supporting agent functionality.

Recommend best-fit agent design patterns and articulate solution trade-offs.
