Job Description:

We are seeking an EPM Lead specializing in DRM/EDMCS to architect, design, and develop enterprise data management solutions and platform integrations. In this lead role, you will function as the application design architect, providing best-fit solutions for new initiatives, guiding proof-of-concept developments, and collaborating across technical teams to resolve complex business and master data management needs.

What will your role look like

• Serve as the application design architect and lead for DRM/EDMCS application development and analyst teams.

• Design and develop DRM/EDMCS applications, integrations, complex features, and platform connections with third-party services.

• Analyze and provide architectural solutions to enhance existing system designs and solve complex client business problems.

• Define scope and sizing of work while anchoring Proof of Concept (PoC) developments for new initiatives.





• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical groups and analyst teams across the organization.

• 7+ years of dedicated experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM).

• Hands-on experience in full end-to-end implementations of Hyperion DRM and EDMCS with strong application development expertise.

• Proven track record in requirement gathering, solution architecture, and system design.

• Deep Master Data Management (MDM) knowledge covering Chart of Accounts, products, vendors, accounts, employees, and related domains.

• Sound working knowledge of subscriptions, workflow policies, validations, expression builders, and extracts.

• Strong communication skills and readiness to travel as needed.
