Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), ITSM, Integrations, and Scripting. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow CSM solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions.




- Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM capabilities including Case Management, Customer Portals, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and Agent Workspace.
- Develop and support ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer flows, and other platform customizations.
- Create and enhance customer-facing portals and self-service experiences.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, technical reviews, and implementation activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform, integration, and performance-related issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
