Position: Senior QA Engineer / Lead QA

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven QA skilled to collaborate with cross-functional teams in developing and implementing new systems and applications for proprietary analytics platforms. The candidate will assess business requirements and work closely with development and deployment teams to ensure the highest quality in product delivery.

As a Functional QA Engineer, you will be responsible for inspecting and assessing software quality through comprehensive functional and automation testing. You will identify, report, and track software defects, and ensure alignment between specifications and system behavior.

This role requires frequent interaction with project managers, product managers, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a world-class compliance solution.

Qualification & Job Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5 to 8 years of overall experience in Software Testing.
- Design and develop detailed test scenarios and test cases for product features and releases.
- Execute test scenarios and test cases during formal test cycles for each release.
- Prepare release QA test plans, test strategies, and manage defect reporting for large-scale applications.
- Build, review, and execute complex test scenarios across both manual and automated testing.
- Perform Functional, Smoke, Regression, System Integration, and End-to-End Testing.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Java with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven, and BDD Cucumber framework.
