The supervisors are responsible for monitoring physical controls and ensuring compliance by our security vendor employees.
Job Responsibility
- Access Control Measures – Employees, Contract workers, Vendors, Visitors, Material
- Perimeter Security- Vulnerability Assessment, Checking & Patrolling
- Security Processes- implementation and monitoring
- Security of company Assets through-
- Physical security checks of persons and vehicles
- Material security – physical checks of inwarding/outwarding material
- Visitor Management
- Contractor employees’ gate pass management
- Guarding of strategic areas Traffic control & Road safety including training
- Crises management & emergency response.
- Ensure upkeep of security infrastructure and gadgets.
- Security staff briefing & training.
- Close monitoring in shift to ensure hundred percent implementation of standard practices, procedures, keep close watch on functioning of security guard force, maintain alertness by carrying out rounds.
Preferred Qualification:
- Senior secondary/Graduate in any field
- Minimum work experience up to 10 years in field of Security.
- Preferably from Defense /CAPF background.
