Description
1. Financial Define periodic profit and volume targets and sales plans for the region business basis overall organization strategy, past sales performance and market potential
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget and ensure internal operating costs are within the allocated budget
Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain required profit margins
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines, while ensuring maximum effectiveness in terms of sales penetration across the region
Ensure maximum Contribution per unit Sales and EBIDTA given the cost constraints and optimization strategies
Take initiatives to drive growth for DCBL and ensure sustained growth in line with long-term and short-term objectives of the organization
2. Customer Build solid relationship and network with strategic accounts to develop deep understanding of their current and emerging needs & wants to identify and capture value creation opportunities




Ensure accurate surveying of existing and prospective customers through ground level Sales Officers to estimate market size for the business year
Collaborate with builders, architects and other construction related organizations to ensure concept selling of the products
Devise effective Channel Strategies to ensure product reaches the end customer in time
3. Operations Develop and finalize the Annual Operating Plan (Revenue/Sales, Budget, manpower, etc.) and develop upon the future Sales targets based on the market trends
Set clear volume targets and KPIs for the team and ensure that Cluster Heads implement the same down the hierarchy
Track competitor activity on a continuous basis and act to counter competitor strategies
Interpret short- and long-term effects on Sales strategies in operating profit
