Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Must have skills : Dynatrace APM

Good to have skills : Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)

Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Dynatrace & Monitoring Tools Lead to manage and support our Dynatrace SaaS environment, develop monitoring solutions, and automate tool processes using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).



The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Grafana, and Azure. Additionally, the role involves managing Dynatrace Monitoring as Code using Terraform and deploying it via Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Must have Skills: Dynatrace, Terraform, PowerShell/JavaScript, and Azure DevOps

Secondary Skills (Valuable to Have): Splunk, Grafana, Azure, AKS

- Dynatrace Installation and Configuration: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in installing and configuring Dynatrace SaaS for monitoring and performance management.
- SaaS Capability Understanding: Deep understanding of Dynatrace SaaS features, modules, and integrations to optimize monitoring and troubleshooting workflows.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Dynatrace, applications, and infrastructure.
