Role Summary:
Lead engineering quality for R&D; projects, ensuring compliance with global automotive standards, robust validation processes, and flawless product launches.
Experience required- 20 to 25 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and drive Engineering Quality strategy across the product development lifecycle
• Establish and govern quality gates from concept to SOP
• Lead cross-functional root cause analysis and corrective action (8D) for major quality issues
• Ensure alignment between engineering, manufacturing, supplier, and customer quality requirements
• Drive continuous improvement and quality culture within engineering teams
• Strong expertise in APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R;, 8D
• Deep understanding of automotive product development processes
• Solid leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Education Required:




• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering
• Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred
