Responsibilities
- Own the primary Account Manager role, working closely with clients, internal teams, BU Heads and Sales Leads
- Coordinate with senior Account Management leadership to build and deliver account plans for growth, delivery excellence and client satisfaction
- Define account strategy as the engagement architect and position EPAM across the Life Sciences value chain (R&D;, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial and Patient Engagement)
- Develop and sustain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal executives
- Support clients as a product owner by shaping product vision, roadmaps and compelling customer value propositions
- Drive revenue growth for assigned accounts and support company financial objectives by delivering revenue and profit targets
- Expand EPAM's footprint within Life Sciences accounts by creating opportunities across digital transformation, data & analytics, clinical platforms, regulatory systems and commercial solutions
- Lead sales and pre-sales work including chance assessments, RFP responses, proposal creation and client presentations
- Present services via in-person or virtual client sessions and maintain a monthly pipeline, tracking progress and reporting key metrics to leadership
- Partner with program and project management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
- Shape engagement models, pricing and delivery strategies aligned to Life Sciences compliance and regulatory requirements
- Ensure seamless handoffs from sales to delivery while staying accountable for client outcomes and satisfaction
