About The Job:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst well versed in Data analysis and migration project experience.

Essential Job Functions:
- Liaise with business on newer requirements. Gather information and document business requirements.
- Proficiency in analysing data, creating visual representations and process flow diagrams to support decision-making.
- Understand user expectations, develop functional requirements, and raise clarifications with stakeholders.
- Act as the SPOC for business requirements and represent the end user in the development team.
- Work closely with the technology team to explain requirements, test the solutions developed, and perform UAT in close coordination with the business.
- Interact with technical teams for inputs and enhancements to the system.
- Communicate progress to senior management and escalate issues timely.
- Understand and implement Agile practices (daily scrum, planning,



retrospectives, etc.).
- Work efficiently with other team members by sharing best practices.
- Assist in the design and implementation of systems or tools that will support regulatory compliance.
- Testing of SaaS solution to meet compliance requirements.
- Data analysis before migrating / loading data into the newer systems.

Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between business units, risk/compliance teams, and IT departments to ensure requirements are scoped effectively.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive project objectives.

Qualifications:
- Total Experience-8+ years
- Relevant Experience 6+ Years
- Person with can do attitude and self-starter.
- Proficiency in creating process diagrams.
- Ability to prepare data for migration activity.
- Robust attention to detail.
