Purpose of the Role
The Flutter Developer (Mobile, SDK & Web) is the hands-on engineering owner of the Connected Cars Platform's cross-platform client layer — responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Flutter-based mobile applications, reusable SDKs, and progressive web interfaces that deliver the vehicle owner experience across Android, iOS, and browser targets.
The role covers the complete client-side engineering lifecycle: translating product and UX wireframes into pixel-perfect, performant Flutter interfaces; developing and publishing platform-agnostic Dart SDKs consumed by first-party apps and third-party integrators; integrating with secure REST and gRPC APIs backed by OpenAPI specifications; and implementing robust authentication and authorisation flows including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and deep-link-based vehicle login. The engineer also maintains native bridging layers on Android and iOS where Flutter's plugin ecosystem does not cover platform-specific capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

Flutter Application Development:




- Architect and develop production-grade Flutter applications targeting Android, iOS, and web from a single codebase, maintaining platform-specific fidelity where required.
- Implement complex, stateful UI using Flutter's widget tree, Riverpod / BLoC / Provider patterns, and declarative navigation with GoRouter or auto_route.
- Build and publish reusable Dart packages and Flutter SDKs — covering connectivity, telemetry consumption, remote command dispatch, and authentication — consumed internally and by third-party integration partners.
- Develop Flutter Web builds deployed as progressive web apps (PWA) with offline capability, deep-link routing, and responsive layouts across breakpoints.
- Integrate platform channels and method channels to bridge Flutter with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) device APIs — Bluetooth, push notifications, keystore access, and background services.
