Qualifications:

For AWS- 6 positions from Band 6A - 7A
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer management skills.
- 3–5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure or system administration operations.




- Strong hands-on expertise in Linux and/or Windows OS administration.
- Valuable understanding of monitoring, patching, backup, and infrastructure operations.
- Cloud platform: AWS
- OS Skill - Windows/Linux mandatory.
- IaC - Terraform MANDATORY
- Scripting: Powershell/Python.
- Operations experience and communications with customer mandatory.
- Working model-24x7 rotational shifts
- Weekend on-call support as applicable
- Managed services / operations-focused environment

Nice to have:
- Kubernetes knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Devops.

For Azure- 4 positions from Band 6A-7A.
