Role Overview

We are seeking a Keycloak & Adobe Analytics Support Engineer to provide technical and production support for enterprise applications involving Keycloak identity and access management (IAM) and Adobe Analytics.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting authentication and authorization issues, supporting Keycloak integrations, and investigating Adobe Analytics implementation and data collection issues. The role will work closely with application, infrastructure, security,



and business teams to resolve incidents and ensure reliable application support.

Key Responsibilities

Keycloak / IAM Support
- Provide day-to-day production and application support for Keycloak.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, login, logout, session, and access-related issues.
- Support Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity federation implementations.
- Configure and support Keycloak realms, clients, roles, groups, users, and permissions.
- Troubleshoot integrations using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and JWT.
- Support integration of enterprise and web applications with Keycloak.
- Investigate token generation, validation, expiration, refresh, and authorization issues.
- Assist with Keycloak upgrades, configuration changes, deployments, and environment-related issues.
- Review logs and perform root-cause analysis for authentication and access incidents.
