Where You'll Make a Difference
- Drive accurate inventory accounting and valuation processes that directly impact financial reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and compliant reporting.
- Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams to improve inventory visibility and control.
- Analyze inventory cost drivers, variances,
and reconciliations to identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and data accuracy.
- Support audit readiness by maintaining robust documentation and controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions accurately in the ERP system in accordance with established guidelines.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support financial analysis and reporting.
- Support supervisors and senior team members on projects and ongoing tasks.
- Monitor and analyze inventory volume drivers including production settlements, WBS, and internal order allocations.
- Support allocation cycles and cost flow impacting inventory and cost of goods sold.
