About The Job:
- The Team Lead, Global HR Operations, is a critical role responsible for managing a team of HR Operations Associates who support employee and manager inquiries across regions including India, UAE, APAC, and EMEA. This role combines people leadership with hands-on case management and operational oversight.
- The Team Lead ensures timely, accurate resolution of queries while maintaining high service quality, managing escalations, and collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and regional HR partners.
- A key focus is on optimizing workload distribution across shifts and improving operational metrics like SLA, CSAT, and response time.
- The role requires solid HR operational knowledge, sound judgment,



and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, multi-region environment.
- The individual will also guide knowledge sharing, support team development, and ensure documentation like SOPs are up to date.
- The role will require 50% IC contribution as well requiring to serve as the point of contact employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
