Direct Selling Agent (DSA) for leading Banks and NBFCs. We specialize in
sourcing and servicing retail, MSME, and institutional lending opportunities
while building a technology-driven lending ecosystem. Our long-term vision is
to create a peer-to-peer marketplace lending platform, with the current focus
on scaling loan sourcing, digital lending partnerships, and institutional

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced DSA Sales
Manager to lead the expansion of our DSA network and strengthen
partnerships with Banks and NBFCs. This role combines business development,
institutional relationship management, and revenue ownership.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a
high-performing DSA ecosystem, driving loan sourcing volumes, and managing the




end-to-end empanelment process with lending institutions, particularly those
offering digital lending solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- DSA Network Development & Management
Recruit,
onboard, and manage a network of DSAs, connectors, and loan agents across
target markets.
- Drive
loan sourcing across Personal Loans, Business Loans, MSME Loans, LAP, and other
lending products.
- Set
sourcing and disbursal targets for the DSA network and monitor performance.
- Conduct
regular product and process training for channel partners.
- Design
and implement attractive incentive and payout structures aligned with business
objectives.

Bank & NBFC Empanelment
- Identify
and establish partnerships with Banks and NBFCs for loan sourcing.
- Manage
the complete empanelment lifecycle, including documentation, compliance,
negotiations, agreements, and activation.
