Responsibilities

1. Planning & Project Execution
- Develop and implement techno-commercial strategies for civil, infrastructure, and multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Drive project execution with a focus on cost efficiency, operational excellence, and timely delivery.

2. Cost Estimation & Budget Management
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and commercial proposals for civil, mechanical, electrical, industrial, and specialized projects.
- Monitor project budgets, track variances, and implement corrective actions to optimize costs and improve profitability.

3. Contract & Commercial Management
- Lead contract review, negotiation, and administration activities across project lifecycles.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, commercial terms, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.

4. Vendor & Procurement Management
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors, contractors, and service providers across various project categories.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to maximize value and achieve cost savings.

Technical Evaluation & Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to evaluate technical specifications, project requirements, and execution methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to applicable quality standards, engineering best practices, and regulatory requirements.

6. Risk & Compliance Management
- Identify technical, commercial, and contractual risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Ensure timely statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and effective governance throughout project execution.

7. Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and external agencies to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Present project status, commercial insights, risk assessments, and financial performance updates to senior management.
