About The Job:
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP MM Consultant with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management module.
- We are seeking a proactive SAP MM Consultant to join our AMS (Application Management Services) support team.




- The role involves supporting business users in day-to-day operations, resolving incidents, executing minor enhancements, and ensuring smooth functioning of SAP MM processes within the procure-to-pay (P2P) landscape.

Qualifications:

Mandate:
- 1 -2– years of hands-on experience in SAP MM support, preferably in an AMS environment.
- Strong understanding of SAP MM core processes:
- Procurement (PR, PO, AGREEMENT, RFQ)
- Inventory Management (GR, GI, stock types)
- Master Data (Material Master, Vendor Master)
- Familiarity with issue resolution tools like ServiceNow
- Ability to analyze functional issues and communicate solutions effectively.
- Provide L1 and L2 support for SAP MM issues raised by business users via ticketing tools e.g. ServiceNow.
- Analyze, resolve, and document incidents, service requests, and change requests related to procure-to-pay (P2P)
