Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop reusable RPA components and workflows following best practices.
- Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and web services.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation workflows.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed bots for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather automation requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide production support for RPA solutions.
- Ensure adherence to security, governance, and coding standards.

Must-Have Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).




- Solid hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
- Experience in end-to-end RPA solution development and deployment.
- Knowledge of REFramework and UiPath best practices.
- Experience with API integrations, Excel automation, PDF automation, and email automation.
- Proficiency in SQL and basic programming/scripting (C#, VB.NET, or Python).
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
- UiPath certification (Associate or Advanced Developer).
- Experience with OCR, Document Understanding, AI Center, or Intelligent Automation.
- Knowledge of Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
