About the Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering Platforms team, helping us build and operate the toolchain and platform capabilities that underpin safe, rapid software delivery across the organisation. You will work across our Route to Live programme, Kosli initiatives — bringing deep expertise in GitLab, SaaS platform hosting, and DevOps tooling integration.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintainGitLab CI/CD pipelinessupporting application teams across the organisation, including pipeline templates for SAR-compliant releases
- Implement and manageKoslifor deployment tracking, change evidence, and compliance trail automation
- OwnRBAC design and enforcementacross platform tooling — GitLab, Kosli, and connected SaaS products — ensuring least-privilege access aligned to change governance requirements
- ManageSaaS platform hostingfor engineering tooling, including availability, upgrades, and capacity planning
- Develop and maintainTerraformmodules for infrastructure provisioning and platform configuration-as-code




- Leadproduct integrationsbetween platform tools (GitLab, ServiceNow, Kosli, vulnerability scanners) to enable automated evidence capture and change record creation
- Contribute tosource code managementstandards — branching strategies, MR policies, protected branches, and pipeline enforcement
- Support application teams in adopting platform tooling, providing guidance on pipeline patterns, RBAC configuration, and compliance evidence generation

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience withGitLab— pipelines, CI/CD, source code management, MR workflows, and GitLab API integration
- Practical experience withKoslior equivalent deployment tracking / change evidence tooling
- Deep understanding ofRBACdesign and implementation across SaaS platforms and developer tooling
- Experience managingSaaS platform hosting— including upgrades, configuration management, and operational support
- Proficiency inTerraf
