Responsibilities:
Provide Strong L2 support for the workday application, addressing incidents, service requests and system issues promptly. Good to have Developer Experience Along with Support.
Collaborate with HRIS team to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations.
Perform ongoing analysis of Workday business processes, recommending and implementing improvements for efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday integration issues, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday updates releases and best practices to optimize system performance.
Assist in development and execution of test plans for Workday enhancements and updates.
Create and maintain comprehensive document related to Workday configurations, processes & issue resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Workday-related projects and initiatives.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Workday Support Specialist at the L2 level.
In-depth knowledge of Workday modules, including HCM, Compensation, Absence Management. Workday Integration, workday reporting, workday core HCM and Workday security.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.
Workday certification is highly desirable.
