About The Client:

Client is a financial and risk advisory firm established in 1932 and based in Recent York City.

Essential Job Functions:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & own process transformation/re-engineering assignments working with stakeholders across various service lines to consistently identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Identify “As-Is” Business Processes in required scenarios and map Process Workflows, Activities, Ownership, Decision Points, Process Timeline and systems usage.
- Identify differences in similar workflows with a view to recommending initial harmonization activities
- Identify the gaps in processes/ technology/ tools across the service lines and propose best operational practices to rationalize the process/ technology/ tools.
- Identify specific tasks and / or activities which would be suitable for moving to a shared service centre
- Implementing a disciplined and diligent approach towards complex, data driven problem solving using the LEAN approach
- Identify,



measure and bring forward metrics to measure process quality and efficiency. Establish benchmarks to measure effectiveness of the process.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Stakeholders, Cross Functional Teams to provide assessment, review and feedback for process evaluation & direction.
- Provide simulation analysis to determine cost-effective solutions while ensuring optimization of operational efficiency.
- Drive process optimization on identified & nominated processes using rigorous deployment of Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodology.
- Enable Process Automation using RPA, AI on required use cases working with Technical Teams.
- Share learnings and best practices to build and foster growth of the capability

Qualifications:
Skills to Succeed:
- University Degree - Bachelor's/Master's degree from a reputed and recognized university
- 6 to 10 Years of Work Experience
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma Concepts/Methodology/Tools
