Key Responsibilities
Corporate & Product Launch Management
- Plan and execute corporate launches, product unveilings, media events, and dealership inaugurations.
- Develop launch strategies, event calendars, and execution roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end launch operations including venue selection, production, branding, logistics, and guest management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely launch readiness.

Event Planning & Brand Experience
- Create premium brand experiences for media, dealers, customers, influencers, and corporate stakeholders.
- Ensure all launch events maintain brand identity and communication standards.
- Oversee stage production, event flow, AV requirements, and experiential activities.
- Manage launch collateral, presentations, merchandise, and event branding materials.

Agency & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with event agencies, production houses, creative partners, and vendors for execution.
- Negotiate commercials, timelines, and deliverables with external partners.




- Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Stakeholder & Media Coordination
- Collaborate with PR, marketing, digital, sales, and leadership teams for integrated launch communication.
- Support media engagement, influencer participation, and press event coordination.
- Manage VIP guests, dealer partners, and internal leadership participation during launch events.

Budgeting & Reporting
- Manage launch budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Track event performance, audience engagement, and post-event reporting.
- Prepare event analysis reports and recommendations for future improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Event Management, or equivalent.

Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate events, launch management, brand activation, or experiential mar
