Program Context
- Supporting McGrath’s Oracle Fusion ERP transformation and Go-Live readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support data conversions and integrations into Oracle Fusion.
- Validate converted files (I-files, reconciliation files, etc.).
- Perform field-level data mapping, reconciliation, and duplicate analysis.
- Partner with PMs and business teams to ensure data accuracy and readiness.
Required Skill Set
- Solid data analysis + technical background.
- Oracle Fusion transformation experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to go beyond manual Excel validation.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar tools) for data analysis.
- SQL skills required.
- ECMA familiarity is a plus.
