Qualifications:
- Exp: 8 to 11 years
- Hands on experience on Workfusion and UIPATH RPA tools
- Strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, networking, security.
- Troubleshoot issues related to control tower and Orchestrator
- Valuable understanding of(samba, LDAP, NFS, patching, user admin, ACL) on Linux platform
- Windows Server 2016/2019 (Domain, group policy, RDP licensing, housekeeping)
- Proficiency in BASH and POWERSHELL scripting
- Understanding of Virtual machines on VMWARE
- Troubleshooting JAVA application,



Performance analysis, able to read and analyze OS and workfusion logs
- Hands on Install/configure RPA platform components (Orchestrator / Control Room / Studio / Robot runtimes) across environments (Dev / Test / Prod).
- Experience in configuration automation using Ansible
- Ability to troubleshoot system health issues.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with logs, monitoring tools, diagnostics.
- Experience with system administration: servers, networking, databases.
- Solid experience (5+ years) with UiPath, particularly Orchestrator, robots, infrastructure.
- Handling security and access control properly (least privilege, segregation of duties).
- Understanding of cloud platforms
