Title: Technical Hardware Engineer – IT Office Hardware

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the technical roadmap, strategy, and lifecycle of the IT office hardware portfolio.
- Define technical requirements and minimum specifications for PCs, laptops, monitors, and accessories.
- Coordinate and monitor service provider activities to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Track Global Hardware Lab (GHL) activities, certifications, driver updates, BIOS updates, and device-related issues.
- Define and document the service provider's scope of work, deliverables, and performance requirements.
- Conduct market research and monitor upcoming hardware products, technologies, and lifecycle changes.
- Identify technical risks and initiate appropriate escalations for issues affecting device stability and reliability.
- Manage relationships with hardware OEMs such as Client, Lenovo, Dell, Client, AMD, Acer, and ASUS.
- Conduct regular meetings with OEMs to discuss product roadmaps, upcoming issues, and technical concerns.




- Collaborate with global teams and colleagues in Germany to share technical knowledge, best practices, and updates.
- Ensure reliable and error-free operation of office end-user devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–9 years of experience in IT infrastructure, hardware engineering, or technical IT environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of desktop PCs, laptops, monitors, and related accessories.
- Experience managing and coordinating external service providers.
- Knowledge of hardware lifecycle management and governance processes.
- Experience with certifications, BIOS updates, driver updates, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of the DaaS setting and office end-user devices.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 / MS Office applications.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
