Purpose of the Role:
The Inside Sales representative is responsible for initiating contact with potential Clients, identifying their needs and interests, presenting service information, addressing questions or objections, and closing sales. This role typically involves to generate leads, as well as following up on leads provided by various channels. The Inside Sales representative may also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, managing the sales pipeline, and providing post-sales support as needed. Overall, the goal of the Inside Sales role is to drive revenue growth by converting prospects into satisfied customers.

Role and Responsibilities:
Handle both Outbound and Inbound calls which includes: Taking prospects from initial contact phase toqualify phasing over the phone.
- Identify the opportunities and convert the prospect with clients by reaching out to current and existing clients.
- Can make extensive calls a day which eventually leads to creating pipeline and then closing over a period of time.




- Should have the mindset to meet and overachieve the revenue contribution goals.
- Using the CRM to managing the leads that are assigned through rigorous follow up.
- Explain the value proposition of SISA Institute's offerings to the clients .
- Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assign to you this includes: Cold calling, Pre and Post Sales Relationship Management.
- Maintain a detailed database with all the information of clients/prospects/potentials leads.
- Working with the marketing department to convert inbound sales enquirers into leads .
- Achieving monthly and overall revenue targets
- Making a high number of calls to meet daily KPI’s.
- Above all a committed attitude towards the completion of daily inputs and outputs with the goal of achieving targets.
