Key Responsibilities include

• Issue & Request Management: Handle and resolve complex incidents and queries, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. • Data & Document Maintenance: Maintain accurate data and detailed documentation related to projects and processes. • Technical Expertise & Support:



Provide technical expertise and support for the implementation and customization of SimCorp One solutions. • Independent Issue Resolution: Independently troubleshoot issues and suggest procedural improvements to enhance service delivery. • Client & Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address complex requirements and implement tailored solutions. • Change Management: Support project-related change management efforts to enable smooth adoption of solutions and processes. • Reports & Recommendations: Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. • Client Meetings & Expertise: Participate in client meetings to understand needs, provide updates, and offer expert recommendations. • Optimization for Run: Support the adoption of SaaS and business service offerings, utilizing standardization and efficiency guidance to accelerate time-to-value and optimize profitability.
