Qualifications:
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Hands-on experience with customization, integration, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in enterprise environments.
- Proficient in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Experienced in installing and deploying CRM Organizations.
- Skilled in customizing and creating CRM entities.
- Ability to understand and implement business workflows and processes.
- Experience in plugin/custom workflow activities using CRM SDK or plugin platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#.




- Experience in integrating existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
- Able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
- Robust communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
- Preferred: Experience supporting Microsoft products (Power Apps, Power Platform, SQL Server, SharePoint, Lync).
- Preferred: Experience working on the Service Module.
- Preferred: Experience working with Azure DevOps.
