Are you passionate about network monitoring, SD-WAN technologies, and API-driven automation? We're looking for an experienced Entuity Network Monitoring Engineer to join our team and support large-scale enterprise and hybrid network environments.

�� What you'll do:

Deploy, configure, and manage Entuity Network Analytics at enterprise scale

Monitor routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and load balancers

Configure polling, thresholds, alerts, dashboards, and reports

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for network and performance issues

Integrate Entuity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)

Monitor via SNMP, ICMP, Syslog, and REST APIs

Integrate and monitor SD-WAN controller platforms

Design and implement API-based data ingestion and automation

Tune alerts to reduce noise and improve monitoring efficiency

Support capacity planning, SLA reporting, upgrades, and health checks

Collaborate with Network, NOC, and Infrastructure teams





�� What we're looking for:

4–8 years of experience in Network Monitoring / Network Operations

Strong hands-on experience with Entuity (mandatory)

Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, SNMP, VLANs, Routing & Switching)

Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP

Experience with multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Palo Alto, F5)

Robust experience with REST APIs, JSON, and authentication methods

Hands-on scripting experience (Python preferred)

Working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems

Familiarity with ITIL processes

✨ Nice to have:

Hybrid / cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)

Exposure to other monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, Netcool, Dynatrace, ThousandEyes)

ITIL, SD-WAN, or Cisco/Meraki certifications
