ServiceNow Business Process Consultant Job Description

As a member of our ServiceNow Services team, you will have the prospect to directly influence the growth of our practice as we look to expand our services across other healthcare organizations. You will work in partnership with our leadership and sales teams to support our customers and prospective customers with your in-depth understanding of ServiceNow and our services to best position and architect solutions to the challenges our customers face. This will start out as a temporary position, but it has the possibility to transition into a permanent role.

Essential Functions (Other duties may be assigned)
- Partner with ServiceNow Technical Architects to assess customer environments' technology health and the effectiveness of facilitating business processes with ServiceNow.
- Research, document, and assess client landscape covering people, process, technology,



and partners.
- Identify business objectives to develop process improvements against targets.
- Provide prescriptive guidance per industry best practice around core areas, including ITSM and SPM
- Support Business Analysts in delivery of customer workshops with documented processes key to project scope.
- Operate effectively within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project environments.
- Develop training materials relevant to process optimizations and associated scope.
- Maintain active status on all certifications.
- As needed to support the dedicated sales team, participate in presales efforts to define solutions, scope, and estimate time and effort for delivery.
- Maintain current knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, ServiceNow application capabilities, and the use cases ServiceNow addresses for healthcare customers.
