Senior Consultant – Windows, VMware & Dell VxRail

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to design, implement, manage, and optimize enterprise Windows, VMware, and Dell VxRail environments. This role will lead infrastructure modernization initiatives, resolve complex technical issues, and advise clients on scalable, secure, and resilient data-center solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, clustering, and patch management.

• Architect, deploy, and support VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, vMotion, and lifecycle management.

• Implement and administer Dell VxRail hyperconverged infrastructure, including cluster expansion, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Lead migrations, consolidations, disaster-recovery implementations, and data-center transformation projects.

• Develop technical designs, implementation plans, runbooks, and operational documentation.

• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, root-cause analysis,



and incident resolution.

• Support automation using PowerShell, VMware PowerCLI, or similar tools.

• Coordinate with storage, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and application teams.

• Lead technical workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and communicate status to client stakeholders.

• Follow change-management, security, compliance, and operational-control requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

• 7+ years of experience with Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure.

• 5+ years of VMware vSphere experience in large-scale environments.

• Hands-on experience with Dell VxRail and VMware Cloud Foundation or related VMware technologies.

• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, PowerShell, virtualization, storage, networking, and backup technologies.
