Design, configure, and deliver enterprise SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions by combining strong HR and workforce management domain expertise with AI assisted delivery and integration practices. The role focuses on accelerating implementation, improving time data accuracy and compliance,



and embedding pre built AI and automation capabilities into time and attendance processes—without building or training AI models.

Core Responsibilities

Enterprise Time Management Delivery

Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions aligned with organizational policies, compliance needs, and workforce practices.

Translate business and HR requirements into scalable time profiles, work schedules, time recording, and absence configurations.

Support end to end lifecycle activities including enhancements, releases, testing, data validation, and production support.

AI Assisted Delivery & Productivity

Use AI copilots and GenAI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, configuration validation, documentation, test case creation, and defect resolution.

Apply AI assisted techniques to identify time data anomalies, compliance risks, and process inefficiencie
