Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Drive brand positioning initiatives to enhance market presence and customer preference.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Marketing Campaigns & Communication
- Lead end-to-end execution of ATL, BTL, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Plan and manage product launch campaigns, retail promotions, and brand activation initiatives.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies for campaign development and execution.
- Ensure brand communication aligns with company values and business goals.

Digital & Consumer Engagement
- Work closely with digital marketing teams to drive online visibility and engagement.
- Support social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and content marketing initiatives.
- Develop customer engagement programs to improve brand recall and loyalty.





Budgeting & Performance Tracking
- Manage brand marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Track campaign effectiveness, brand health metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Present marketing performance reports and recommendations to leadership teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with sales, product, retail marketing, PR, and dealer network teams.
- Ensure alignment between brand strategy and retail/customer experience initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Brand Management, or related field preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or integrated communications.
- Prior experience in automotive, EV, mobility, FMCG, or consumer brands preferred.
- Experience handling large-scale campaigns and agency management is an advantage.
