Required Technical Skill Set: Team Lead ,PCBA design, ECAD model creation, Client Coordinator, Siemens Xpedition
Must have:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in PCBA design and ECAD model creation .
- At least 6+ years of experience in a Team Lead or Engineering Manager role .
- Robust technical expertise with excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills .
- Proven ability to mentor, guide, and develop engineering teams , ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project execution.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously , working effectively under pressure while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Experience in developing and implementing process-oriented design workflows and engineering best practices.
- Demonstrated experience working with global customers , understanding business and technical challenges, and delivering innovative, industry-standard solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in Siemens Xpedition EDM tools for:
- PCB Design
- Library Management
- ECAD Data Management
- Experience in the Oil & Gas Upstream industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of current PCB design standards, quality processes, and engineering governance.
