Recro is hiring experienced Full Stack Engineers , one of the world's leading digital asset investment companies. You'll build scalable, cloud-native applications powering financial products at the intersection of traditional finance and crypto — real infrastructure, real users, real capital moving through what you ship.

What you'll do

- Design and build scalable, cloud-native applications powering digital asset investment products
- Own backend services end-to-end — from architecture to deployment — using Node.js and TypeScript
- Build modern, responsive frontend applications in React.js
- Work with event-driven systems (Kafka) to handle real-time, high-throughput financial data
- Collaborate across Agile teams, shipping via GitHub workflows, PR reviews, and CI/CD pipelines





What you bring

- 4–8 years of skilled software engineering experience
- Strong, hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.js
- Production experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Experience with Kafka or other event-driven messaging systems
- Solid grasp of Docker and containerized deployments; exposure to Kubernetes in production is a plus
- Hands-on experience with AWS or an equivalent cloud platform
- A strong sense of clean code, design patterns, and software architecture
- Fintech, financial services, capital markets, or product startup experience preferred
- Interest or exposure to crypto and digital assets is a strong advantage
