Iden?fy and mo?vate poten?al candidates to enroll for becoming agents
 Ac?vate cer?fied agents through mobiliza?on of minimum premium in s?pulated ?me
 Ensure familiariza?on of the company’s products, policies and sales processes to the agents
 Iden?fy, communicate and agree on the premium targets with agents on various class of business &
geographical segment
 Ensure lower dormancy ra?o of ac?ve vs total agents.
 Maximize mobiliza?on through regular follow-ups & strengthening of rela?onships with agents
 Ensure constant upda?ng of agent’s knowledge on current products and underwri?ng policies
 Troubleshoo?ng with a) Underwri?ng team for policy approval b) Branch opera?ons team for policy issuance

c) claims team for claims se?lement d) Finance team for ?mely disbursement of agent’s commission
