About the Role:

As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-platform performance strategies that drive measurable growth. You'll collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to implement data-backed campaigns, improve attribution, and refine conversion funnels across channels like Google, Facebook, Amazon, Flipkart, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, native ads, and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Jiomart, etc.).

Execute app marketing strategies including user acquisition campaigns, app store optimization (ASO), and mobile-focused performance tactics.

Analytics & Attribution:

Utilize analytics platforms such as AppsFlyer, Microsoft Clarity, Firebase, and GA4 for tracking, attribution, and performance optimization.

Manage tag integration and SDK implementation (GA4, Tag Manager, eCommerce data layer pushes).

Analyze and improve the full conversion funnel—not just last-click performance.

Marketplace & Social Advertising:

Plan and optimize paid ads for third-party marketplaces and platforms like ShareChat, Snapchat, and emerging native ad networks.
