Essential Job Functions:
- Design, develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules like Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Customer Service Management (CSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Field Service Management (FSM), Enterprise Architecture (EA), Source to Pay Operations, Retail Operations, etc.
- Performing software configuration and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration,



custom scripting and third-party software integrations (such as HCM Solutions, Jira, Clarizen, etc.) using ServiceNow best practices.
- Developing, designing and rolling out recent application modules, workflows and catalog requests.
- Adapt existing or new methodologies and procedures to create possible solutions to complex problems.
- Develop integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.
- Automate workflows using Flow Designer and/or Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc.
- Build, customize, and manage specialized AI agents that can autonomously perform tasks like case triage, information gathering, and automated customer communication.
- Develop and manage complex, multi-step "agentic workflows" using the AI Agent Orchestrator to coordinate various AI agents.
